From 19 to 23 October 2024, we had the great honor of participating in SIAL in Paris, one of the most important international events for the food industry. Our stand, located in Hall 1, E150, has become a reference point for enthusiasts, professionals and the curious, all attracted by our innovative proposal: tuna salami. In these five intense days, we had the opportunity to meet a variety of operators in the sector, from distributors to restaurateurs. These B2B meetings were key to starting new collaborations and discovering business opportunities. It was exciting to share our vision and passion for a product that combines tradition and innovation.

Among the most exciting moments, the selection for SIAL Innovation had a significant impact on us. This recognition recognizes the most promising innovations in the global food scene, and our inclusion has not only increased the visibility of our tuna salami, but has also underlined our commitment to the search for quality and originality.

In addition, we were proud to participate in SIAL Taste. During these 15-minute sessions, five selected companies presented their products, and our tuna salami shone among the proposals. Each meeting turned into an immersive experience, where experts and enthusiasts came together to discover unique culinary delights. The carefully curated product selection ensured a cohesive experience in line with the trends highlighted by the SIAL Insights 2024 study. The element of surprise made each session special: it was not possible to know in advance which products would be presented, turning each taste into a moment of discovery and gastronomic adventure. Our participation in SIAL was not only an opportunity to showcase our products, but also an important opportunity for networking and growth. We returned home inspired and motivated, convinced that our tuna salami can conquer palates all over the world.
