- 250g of spaghetti
- 40g tuna nduja
- 40g tuna salami
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 20g of black olives
- 10g of capers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Procedure
⸺ Preparation of the dressing
• In a large skillet, sauté the garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
• Add the tuna nduja, stirring well to mix with the oil.
• Stir in the cherry tomatoes, pitted black olives and capers.
⸺ Cooking the pasta
• When the sauce is ready, add the raw spaghetti directly to the pan.
• Let it cook without stirring.
• Once the spaghetti is golden, turn it over to brown it on the other side as well.
• Pour the tomato water into the pan, covering the pasta, and continue cooking following the instructions on the spaghetti package.
⸺ Composition of the dish
• Once the pasta is cooked, transfer it with a ladle to a serving dish.
• Complete the dish with previously cut cubes of tuna salami.
